Administrative/Purchasing Assistant

Job Summary: Candidate must have strong attention to detail, completely focused, and able to multi-task; will be performing multiple duties at once. Maintain a 4-line phone system. Must be strong with Excel; generating and managing sheets & formulas, interlinking various spreadsheets, etc.- will be required to pass an Excel test. Performing purchasing duties. Data entry into QuickBooks. Experience with accounting programs a plus! Working with government contracts. This position is a temp-hire position and looking to start immediately.
