Prepping Coordinator

Shipping Coordinator

Role and Responsibilities: Print Backlog Reports daily. Work with warehouse employees to prepare shipments per the Backlog. Work with freight carriers to schedule appointments. Print barcode labels and apply to shipping containers (tubs, boxes, pallets). Examine outgoing shipments for accuracy. Prepare Bill of Ladings and other shipping documentation (familiarity with international shipments a plus). Familiarity with CAT Freight Order Management (FOM) (preferred but will train). Coordinate Work-In-Process (WIP) per Outside Process Requirements. Forklift experience in material movement, loading and unloading trucks (preferred but will train). Work with Order Entry, Scheduling, Quality, and Manufacturing. Keep and verify records for shipments. Preferred Skills: Good Penmanship, Math and People skills. Computer literate in a Windows operating system (to include Excel). Attention to Detail. High sense of urgency and accuracy in tags, business systems, and paperwork. Forklift license (will train). Experience with Inventory Control, Shipping and Logistics functions. Able to lift 45 lbs. Additional Notes: Safety shoes (supplied by the employee), no open-toe shoes. Scanning Specialist

Position is Monday -Friday: 7am – 3:30pm, temp-hire, located downtown, and looking to start immediately. Job Summary: The Scanning Clerk Specialist is responsible for organizing and preparing hardcopy print documents to be scanned and properly filed upon completion of review in a timely manner. In addition, may this individual may also be responsible for organizing scanned documents on various local, network and cloud storage devices. Duties and Responsibilities: Retrieves documents from designated mail areas. Organizes and prepares requisite number of documents and scans them to designated receiver as directed per Team Lead. Maintains and provides detailed documentation of tasks completed daily. Upon completion of review, communicates any defect or correction needed per document and escalates to Team Lead. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be able to lift up to 60lbs. several times during the day. Proficiency with MS Office Suite necessary. Knowledge of computer storage systems helpful. Attention to detail. Perform other duties as assigned. Submit your resume here
