Load/Unload

Loading and unloading kitchen cabinetry, bathroom vanity, etc.. Must be able to manually maneuver and transport product weighing 100lbs+ throughout the warehouse. Starting at $16.50/hour. Forklift Operator

Loading and unloading kitchen cabinetry, bathroom vanity, etc. with a sit-down forklift. Must be comfortable working in all elements and will be required to work indoors and outdoors. Steel toed work boots are required and must be able to lift 100lbs+. Inside/outside facility. Pay rate from $18-$20/hr.   Submit your resume here

Packer

Will be responsible for packing food into boxes, stacking boxes repetitively, cleaning work area during downtime and other duties as assigned. Steel toed work boots or sneakers are required, and employees must be able to pass a drug test.  Pay rate is $16/hr.   Submit your resume here

Maintenance Technician

Knowledge and experience coupled with diagnostic and repair skills for trades such as appliance repair, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and painting. Be able to perform essential physical qualifications and possess the ability to work long/flexible hours in inclement weather and emergency situations such as snow removal, excessive heat, storms, etc. and participate in the on-call rotation with inconvenience pay included.  Must provide your own hand tools, be able to prioritize/schedule work assignments according to the property needs and ensure an outstanding level of customer service. EPA Refrigerant Certification and HVAC service experience sought for this position but not required.
