Solderers (All Levels)
Performs any combination of following duties in assembly of electronic components onto printed circuit boards according to specifications, using hand tools: Reads worksheets and wiring diagrams, receives verbal instructions, or follows sample board to determine assembly duties, and selects components, such as transistors, resistors, relays, capacitors, and integrated circuits. Press-fits component leads onto board. Twists, bends, trims, strips, or files wire leads of components or reams holes in boards to insert wire leads, using hand tools. Crimps wire leads on underside of board, using hand tools or press. Applies sealer or masking compound to selected parts of board to protect parts from effects of wave solder process. Solders wire leads and joints on underside of board, using soldering iron, to route and connect lead wires to board and between individual components. Installs heat sinks, sockets, faceplates, and accessories on boards, using hand tools. May be designated according to unit installed as Socket Assembler or stage of production as Post-Wave Assembler; Pre-Wave Assembler. May assist other workers in wave-soldering PCB’s. Compensation and Hours: Monday – Friday 6:00 am – 2:30pm, $12.00 – $13.00/hour; occasional overtime on the weekends. Submit your resume here

3rd Shift Supervisor – Warehouse
Housekeeping – At the beginning of each shift, employees will receive their aisle assignments. Supervisors will be responsible for ensuring all assignments are complete and meet client expectations. Trailer and Work Assignments – Supervisors are responsible for properly spotting trailers. Inbound Put-away – Hourly employees are responsible for bay-locating freight geographically. In turn, the Supervisors are responsible for ensuring this process is adhered to. Supervisors must check all completed inbound checklist to ensure procedures are followed. Outbound Process –outbound loads must be inspected by a Supervisor/Lead and accompanied by a load quality form. Accountability – All employee issues/disciplinary action must be addressed immediately. Supervisors will be responsible for these actions. In addition, all issues must be reported to the Facility/Operations Managers. Supervisor/Lead-Man Presence on the Dock – Supervisors are responsible for the actions/productivity of their Lead FLO’s. The main responsibility of the lead-dock man is to monitor employee production, safety, and availability to assist dock employees. In the same respect, Supervisors must monitor the dock on a regular basis. This includes walking/inspecting all areas of the operation. Employee Training – All employees are to be trained in all aspects of the job (inbound, outbound, inventory, etc.). Supervisors are responsible for insuring every employee is capable of every job function. Machine Maintenance Tech
The General Maintenance position will be required to perform machine and building repairs, as well as acquiring and supervising outside contractors where applicable. This position is a keystone of our facility safety program; and, will be expected to adhere to all safety policies and lock-out/tag-out procedures. Responsibilities and Duties: Create and perform preventative maintenance programs for machine work centers. Troubleshoot and repair any and all facility machine mechanical failures. Fabricate and install machine guarding. Maintain spare parts stock for facility machinery. Perform minor building and electrical repairs as needed. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. Some trade school or higher education preferred. 2-5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment required, maintenance or mechanical background preferred. Welding/Fabricating, Electrical, PLC knowledge, general handyman skills preferred. Self-motivated, independent worker, well organized, willing to learn new skills.
